Field Application Engineer - Aerospace & Defense
Primary Responsibility:
Responsibilities :
Weekly submission of forecasts
Providing incremental design win revenue each quarter by building the design win funnel and maintaining the OTR data base
Build and maintain relationships with key technical decision makers an act as the primary technical interface
Provide support for purchase orders, export documents and credit approval
Provide support in resolving quality and application issues for ongoing order execution
Train our customers and distributors on our products and effectively in their systems
Present IR product solutions to the customer and negotiate technical requirements affectively
Requirements :
BSEE or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years experience in sales or in application engineering in the Space Power Management Industry
This position requires an excellent background in DC-DC converters for Military and Space applications, as well as excellent understanding of DC-DC converter requirements, features, and operation.
Good working knowledge of Space System Architectures and subsystems that require DC-DC converter products.
The candidate will understand MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-STD-883.
The candidate will also have an understanding of Linear Regulators, Power Management ICs and Power Discrete Devices.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
Native speaking in Mandarin
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work un-supervised and be willing to travel 50% of the time
