IC設計工程師

Design analog and mixed-signal ICs utilizing leading submicron BiCMOS technologies. Products could be: DC/DC converters, audio amplifiers, A/D (Analog-to-Digital) and D/A (Digital-to-Analog) converters, operational amplifiers, reference voltages, linear regulators, comparators, and other analog/mixed-signal circuits.

Job Functions

Circuit synthesis from the transistor level, up to the system-level simulation.
Layout supervision to ensure product functionality.
Characterization of the IC, and cooperation with test engineering for product release to production.
Ensuring that the products have acceptable manufacturing yields.
Education Requirements
Minimally MSEE, with emphasis on Analog/mixed-signal courses a must.

English Requirements
Candidate is required to have functional oral and written English skills (CET-4).

Location
Shanghai or Shenzhen, China
