DOAJ(Directory of open access journals)簡稱Directory of OAJ，是由瑞典隆德大學圖書館2003年5月推出的開放獲取期刊的檢索系統(tǒng)。目前該系統(tǒng)可提供3375種開放獲取期刊的訪問，其中1156種支持文章級檢索，涉及各個學科領域，收集論文量達185359篇（數(shù)據(jù)截至2008年5月22日）。

該系統(tǒng)提供刊名檢索、期刊瀏覽以及文章檢索等功能。DOAJ按期刊的學科主題分為17類，包括農業(yè)及食品科學、藝術與建筑學、生物及生命科學、貿易與經(jīng)濟學、化學、地球與環(huán)境科學、總類、保健科學、歷史與考古這、語言文字、法律與政治科學、數(shù)學與統(tǒng)計學、哲學及宗教、物理及天文學、科學總論、社會科學、技術與工程學。

DOAJ現(xiàn)收錄2723種英、德、法等免費存取期刊，學科包含Agriculture and Food Sciences、Arts and Architecture、Biology and Life Sciences、Business and Economics、Chemistry、Earth and Environmental Sciences、General Works、Health Sciences、History and Archaeology、Languages and Literatures、Law and Political Science、Mathematics and Statistics、Philosophy and Religion、Physics and Astronomy、Science General、Social Sciences、Technology and Engineering。

DOAJ is an online directory that indexes and provides access to quality open access, peer-reviewed journals. There is a new process to have journals indexed in the DOAJ. All journals must apply using our new Application Form. Due to the extensive and detailed information we require, only a journal's publisher should complete the form.
